10" Lemon Pound Cake
This cake does not require refrigeration, but should remain covered, at a cool room temperature. Freezing is also an option. We recommend slicing the cake, wrap in saran wrap and place the slices individually in a ziplock freezer bag. Once you're ready to enjoy a slice of cake again, wait 20 minutes for the cake to return to room temperature, and enjoy!
